How is my order delivered?

By download only: no parcel is sent. As soon as payment is confirmed, the confirmation page shows the link to each PDF template, and the same link is sent to your email address.

How long does it take to receive the file?

The link appears immediately on the confirmation page. The email usually arrives within minutes. Please check your spam folder.

How do I download and print the template?

Click the download link, save the PDF file, then open it with a PDF reader (free on computers, tablets and phones). Print on A4 at 100% scale (actual size), ideally on thick paper of 160–250 g/m².

Can I download my template again later?

Yes. The links in the delivery email remain valid: keep that email.

The file won’t open, or the link doesn’t work. What should I do?

First try opening the file with another PDF reader or on a computer. If the problem continues, write to contact@maskeo.com with the email address used for the order: we will send you a new file or link, or refund you if the problem cannot be fixed. There is no key or activation code: the PDF is used as it is.

Can I get a refund?

As the templates are downloadable digital products, returns are not accepted and the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download is available. You are refunded or helped if the file is defective, not as described or not delivered. Details in the returns and refund policy.

How many times can I print a template?

As many times as you like, for personal, family, school or non-profit use. Reselling and sharing the file are forbidden (terms of sale).

Is payment secure?

Yes. Payment is processed by Stripe on a secure page. Maskeo never has access to your card details.
