Warnings and usage advice
- Not suitable for children under 3: small cut-out parts, choking hazard.
- Cutting and assembly by an adult, or under adult supervision: use scissors suited to the child’s age; craft knives are for adults only.
- Keep away from fire and heat sources: paper is flammable (candles, lit Halloween pumpkins, campfires).
- Make sure you can see through the mask: check that the eye holes are fully cut out. Do not wear the mask while running, on stairs, cycling, scootering or crossing a road.
- Never cover the nose or mouth airtight, and do not let a young child sleep with the mask on.
- Elastic: do not tie it around the neck; an elastic that is too tight can be uncomfortable. Remove it if the child complains.
- Glue: use a child-friendly glue (glue stick or PVA glue), solvent-free for young children.
- The mask is not protective equipment (against impacts, dust or viruses).
- The mask must not be used to conceal one’s face in public places outside festivities and events where costumes are allowed.
