Frequently asked questions

How do I get my mask?

Right after payment, the confirmation page shows the download link for the PDF template. The same link is sent by email so you can find it later.

Which paper should I use?

Thick paper (160–250 g/m²) or card stock gives the best result. Regular printer paper works too; the mask will just be softer.

Do I need a colour printer?

Not for masks to colour in or black-and-white masks. Celebrity masks and colourful masks look best printed in colour.

How long does it take to make a mask?

From 5 minutes for celebrity masks to about an hour for the most detailed 3D masks. The difficulty level is shown on each product page.

Can I print it several times?

Yes, for personal use or a workshop (class, holiday club, birthday party): print as many copies as you need. Reselling the template is not allowed.

How can I pay?

By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, on Stripe’s secure payment page. Maskeo never sees your bank details.

I didn’t receive the email. What should I do?

Check your spam folder, then write to contact@maskeo.com with the address used for the order: we will send you the link again.
