Terms of sale
This translation is provided for information only; the French version of these terms prevails.
1. Seller
The maskeo.com website is published by Léo Poitout, sole trader (micro-entreprise), SIRET 539 933 697 00010, Villeneuve-d’Ascq, France. Contact: contact@maskeo.com.
2. Purpose
These terms govern the online sale of digital files: PDF templates of paper masks and accessories to download, print and assemble yourself. No physical product is shipped. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed.
4. Order and payment
Orders are paid online on Stripe’s secure payment page (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal where available). Maskeo never has access to your bank details. A receipt is sent by email.
5. Delivery of the file
As soon as payment is confirmed, the download link for the PDF template is shown on the confirmation page and sent to the email address given at checkout. If you have any difficulty, write to contact@maskeo.com.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. By confirming payment, the customer requests immediate access to the file and expressly waives the right of withdrawal. If a file is faulty or unreadable, Maskeo provides a corrected file or refunds the order.
7. Use of the templates
Buying a template allows you to print it as many times as needed for personal, family, school or non-profit use (workshops, classes, holiday clubs). Reselling, sharing or distributing the file, free of charge or not, is prohibited. The masks and their visuals remain the property of Maskeo.
8. Personal data
The only data collected for an order (email address, name, payment information) is processed by Stripe, the payment provider, to fulfil the order, send the file and meet accounting obligations. It is never sold or used for marketing. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to contact@maskeo.com, and lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).
9. Mediation and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may use the consumer mediator free of charge: À COMPLÉTER (mediator name and website). Failing an amicable solution, the French courts have jurisdiction.
